Plastics and Breast Cancer
Xenoestrogens is a modern phenomenon of plastics that we use so often. Useful products such as plastic containers (yes, even polystyrene has recently been discovered as a problem), zip-lock bags and many other petroleum-based products from the gas a little of the crude oil imported from. The fumes and suspended particles in our bodies and us to produce more estrogen, which increases our chances of breast cancer and other estrogen-related problems. Other reports indicate that the growth of estrogen can lower the male sex drive by throwing the testosterone / estrogen balance. Now there is a motivation to avoid petroleum products!
A few things you can avoid your exposure to such xenoestrogens are: domestic use, candles, plastic bags and containers, new carpet and furniture, pesticides, perfume, fresh air, soaps and lotions with fragrances that smell of new cars, etc. See your pattern? It's actually something that you are in a deep breath and say: "All these smells so good!" Products directly on your skin cause more than physical damage caused by skin absorption of those directly into the blood stream without washing them through the liver.
We do not have to worry about everything in our environment, we just need to be ready, so we can our exposure to xenoestrogens to a minimum. I try to recycling of glass packaging, such as spaghetti and peanut butter jars instead of plastic cups or containers. I'm already saving crops and other people make use of glass from Sobe and iced tea drink and use them for water bottles. The glass is thick and does not break easily. We use glass and ceramic bowls and set on stainless lid for food storage in the refrigerator. We try not to use skin products with fragrances or parabens. I can not my beautiful candles burning, network of health stores. We open the doors and windows around the house smell fresh, instead of using plug-ins and not using scented detergent. I will also try to avoid fleece clothing and blankets. Yet I still looking for a good replacement for the zip-lock baggies for my kids lunches.
Use less petroleum products will contribute to helping our health will be better for the soil and can make a small dent in our oil consumption (at least it will not hurt!).
