There are many ways you can change the need for colon cancer, but what happens if you have it? There are several possible side effects that may occur, depending on the nature and duration of your treatment. These are just a few:

One of the main treatment for colon cancer is radiotherapy. Side effects may be irritation of the skin, fatigue, rectal irritation, sexual dysfunction and bladder irritation and frequent urges to urinate. These should disappear after treatment is completed. The effects of chemotherapy treatment may include: fatigue, vomiting, skin rash and painful around the mouth. Other effects include loss of hair, loss of appetite. Chemotherapy kills cancer cells do not kill, but also the immune cells, so you will be more sensitive to things like colds and Flus, and it may take longer at first to recover from these diseases. These effects can be minimized, but it depends on the quantity and type of drugs taken. Most of these side effects will disappear with time, when the treatment is completed. Pain can be controlled through judicious use of drugs such as morphine. Other post-surgery side effects include constipation, diarrhea, infections and bleeding. Pain can be found by anesthesiologists, psychologists and pain specialists. Think there are many ways to treat pain, do not be afraid to search for alternatives.

The after-effects of cancer treatment can be both mentally and emotionally exhausting uncomfortable, but if yo work with a team, they can be overcome quickly and minimized.
